The Delta Residences offers fourty-one exquisitely decorated one and two bedroom luxury condominiums that provides discriminating families and couples ski in/out accomodation.



Each suite includes a master bedroom with king size bed, living area with 32" LCD panel TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large soaker tub, and free standing glass shower.  Guests of the Delta Residences have exclusive access to two private outdoor hot tubs. Adjoined to the Delta Sun Peaks Resort, guests have full access and privileges to all hotel services.



The hotel's design has been modeled after an Italian Tyrolean village.
