Deer Valley Ski Resort will be pumping $8 million into resort improvements for the 2008/2009 ski season.

Resort improvements will include:

• Replace the existing Cushing's Cabin
• Remodel Empire Canyon Lodge
• Replace main snowmaking line from Snow Park to
   the top of Carpenter Express & Silver Lake Express
• Replace 5 snowcats
• Replace 44 snowmobiles at Summit Meadows

PLUS.....
• The new St. Regis Hotel located in lower Deer Valley
• Construction continues on The Montage Resort
     - Due for completion in 2010.

Park City Mountain Resort are spending $10.5 million on its resort improvements this season.

Resort improvements will include:

• A new high-speed quad chair lift to be named the
   Crescent Lift, will replace & realign the existing Ski
   Team lift. The new lift will allow access to more than
   2,000 acres of terrain & will also take guests almost
   twice as far as the Ski Team lift and in less time
• Complete renovation of the Mid-Mountain Lodge

PLUS.....
• The Sky Lodge, Park City's new 5 Star property located
   on Main Street is completed & has been named one of the
   "Hot Hotels" of the world by Conde Nast Traveller.


THE CANYONS RESORT 
Utah's largest single ski and snowboard resort! Enjoy 8 mountains of endless terrain for every style and ability.

Over a 2 year period The Canyons will have injected $10 million. Starting in 2007, and to be completed for the 2008/2009 ski season.

Resort improvements will include:

• Increased gladging off Peak 5 & Tombstone areas
• Grooming fleet to be increased by 25%
• Snow-making increased by 30%.
  100% of the snow-making guns & machines
  at The Canyons will be Eco-friendly.
• Preparations are underway for the expansion onto
   Iron Mountain via a new Link Lift.
• New Frostwood Pulse Gondola
• New Dreamcatcher quad chairlift completed
• Remodel & expansion of the mid-mountain Red Pine Lodge
• Upgrade of Tombstone "six pack" chairlift,
  generating 52% more uphill capacity

PLUS.....
• Silverado Lodge completed with 94 two bedroom units
• 11 new slopeside lodging projects under construction
